My name is Judy Ford and I am working hard to become the next State Representative from Michigan’s 85th District
I’m a mother, wife, nurse, non-profit board member and active community volunteer. I have been politically active for many years and have worked behind the scenes on many campaigns. After much thought and after seeking much counsel and after considering the fact that the Republicans have been in almost complete control of all branches of state government for most of the last 20 years I decided ENOUGH is ENOUGH. The time was right for me to throw my hat in the ring and work to bring a sense of balance and fairness back to the state legislature.
America has been taken over by big corporations, corporate America rules. Obscene profits that have been made by the oil corporations and the pawnshops bulging with items that families are selling so they can put gas in the car to get to work, are one of the most telling contrasts of our current social economic dilemma.
To fight for Michigan, is to make it strong again. It starts right here with the citizens of the 85th District, Michigan’s workforce, Michigan’s dedicated, hardworking, compassionate workforce.
